Return window
MATINÉ offers a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible items. This is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal, which generally allows consumers in Norway and the EEA to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.
Item condition
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Skincare hygiene
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
